    Iron & Ivy started with a simple question: How can we help people build strength and energy in a way that feels natural, effective and is convenient. We were honestly sick of all the snake oil out there. The untested, cheap and ineffective products that have countlessly been proven to be low efficacy, cheaply made, or shown to have little to no active ingredient. We knew we could do better.

    Over the course of the next 18 months, we went through countless rounds of R&D to get this product just right. We believe that perfection takes time, especially when building a product that should be pure, honest and without any bullshit.

    Carmen and Dom first met in 2021 while working together on the sales and marketing team at a manufacturing facility in Richmond. Over the next three years, they immersed themselves in the supplement industry and saw firsthand what really happens behind the scenes. Determined to do things differently, they set out to create a product they truly believed in. In July 2025, Iron & Ivy officially launched, debuting on the shelves of Body Energy Club on day one, a milestone they’re incredibly proud of.

    Iron and Ivy started with a simple question, how can we help people build strength and energy in a way that feels natural, effective and convenient. We just want to do it better.
